DCK TOOLS WARRANTY AND 
POST-WARRANTY SERVICE TERMS
(Valid in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia)

1. General Provisions


RM Tools, UAB – the official representative of DCK tools in the Baltic States – provides warranty and post-warranty service. This warranty supplements the buyer’s rights under national law, but does not annul or limit them. 

2. Warranty Duration


Tools – 3 years from purchase date. 
Lawn mowing robots – 3 years from purchase date. 
Batteries – 1 year from purchase date. 

3. What is Covered by the Warranty


The warranty applies to manufacturing or design defects that prevent proper operation. Warranty service includes: 

• free diagnostics;
• free repair;
• replacement with original parts;
• free transport (if the defect is acknowledged as warranty case).

4. What is Not Covered Warranty


Warranty does not apply if:

  • the serial number is damaged or removed;
  • the tool was purchased outside Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia;
  • the tool was disassembled or repaired in an unauthorized service center;
  • the failure occurred due to:
  •  misuse or not following the manufacturer’s instructions;
  •  overloading, negligence, or careless use;
  •  mechanical, thermal, or chemical damage (e.g., drop, water, dust, etc.);
  •  natural disasters or voltage fluctuations;
  •  use of non-original parts or components.

The warranty also does not apply to the following components:

• power tool accessories sold separately or included in a set (e.g., drill bits, grinding discs, sandpaper, saw blades, screwdriver bits);

• naturally wearing parts, including: carbon brushes, blades, brushes, batteries, bearings, seals, holders, power cords, handles, carrying cases, dust bags, connectors, washers, impact wrench pins, etc.

5. Warranty claim registration


The defect must be registered at the place of purchase.

In all cases, the following must be provided:

• proof of purchase (invoice or receipt);

• the tool’s serial number (found on the housing);

• contact details (Name, Surname, Phone number, Email).

The customer’s personal data is processed solely for the purpose of warranty service, in accordance with the RM Tools Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. Data will not be shared with third parties without a legal basis.


6. Repair duration


• The standard tool repair time is up to 2 working days from the receipt of the tool at the service center.

• For robots, the repair time is up to 3 working days from the receipt of the tool at the service center.

• If the repair is delayed due to required parts, a replacement tool may be provided (if available in stock, of the same or better type).


7. Return of the tool to the customer


After the tool has been repaired, the customer is informed by email or or via other communication methods, and the tool is returned to the customer.

If the repair is deemed non-warranty, the repair cost is agreed individually with the customer, and an invoice with transportation costs and the agreed repair estimate is sent by email.

8. Prices and payment terms


• Warranty repair and transportation are free of charge.

• If the defect is not covered by the warranty:

 • transportation costs – €3 one way, charged to the customer;

 • the repair price is agreed in advance and must be paid before collecting the tool.
